Details of Share Transfers During the Year — Format
A ready format recording the transfers of shares made during the financial year — date, number of shares, and the name, address and folio of the transferor and transferee. Each transfer is backed by a Form SH-4. Supports the annual return (MGT-7 / MGT-7A). Editable Word and ready-to-use PDF.
What the table records
- Date of transfer and the number of shares transferred.
- Name, address and folio number of the transferor.
- Name, address and folio number of the transferee.
If there were no transfers during the year, state “Nil” across the table.
How to prepare and sign it
Every entry must be backed by an executed Form SH-4 with stamp duty paid and approved by the Board, and should match the Register of Transfers and the Register of Members. The statement is signed by two directors (or a director and the company secretary).
