What it captures
- Date, place and commencement / conclusion time of each board meeting.
- Serial number and the name of each director attending.
- Signature of each director (mark “through VC” where applicable).

How to use it
SS-1 requires an attendance record for each board meeting; every director present signs the register. Quorum is one-third of total strength or two directors, whichever is higher (Section 174). Keep the register with the minutes book.
